Refunds

If Boardpane Pro isn't for you, email support@boardpane.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout. You get a full refund, no questions asked, and your licence key is revoked. Refunds are issued through Polar and typically show on your statement within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days we still want to hear what went wrong, and will usually still refund if the product genuinely didn't work for your setup.
