Boardpane is software made by Geary Works (Mike Geary, 1380 Rio Rancho Blvd SE #470, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124, USA). By installing it you agree to these terms.

Licence

The free tier may be used by anyone for any lawful purpose. A Boardpane Pro licence key is a personal, non-transferable licence for one person to use the Pro features on up to five machines. Don't share keys, resell them, or try to defeat the licence check. We may revoke keys that are shared or obtained by fraud.

Purchases

Pro is sold through Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which is the merchant of record: Polar takes payment, issues the receipt and handles taxes. Polar's terms apply to the payment itself. Refunds are described at /refund.

Your data

Boardpane runs entirely inside your editor and talks to your own Azure DevOps organisation with your own credentials. We never see your work items, code or tokens. See /privacy.

No warranty

Boardpane is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Geary Works is not liable for any loss arising from its use, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for it. Azure DevOps is Microsoft's product and can change without notice; we will do our best to keep up, but cannot promise every feature works with every organisation's configuration.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
